SFR-I鉆井液用硅氟防塌潤滑劑是引入硅氟聚合物的鉆井液用潤滑劑。該產品應用于油氣田開發的鉆井作業中，尤其對斜井、水平井、定向井有較強的潤滑性，且兼具消泡效果，沒毒、無氣味，具有抗污染能力。

一、產品簡介

● 降低鉆桿扭矩，提高鉆速，大幅度提高鉆井效率；

● 降低摩阻系數，延長鉆具使用壽命，減少粘附卡鉆事故的發生；

● 尤其在不規則的井徑以及定向井中，可以減少對鉆桿的磨損；

● 顯著改善鉆井液濾餅的性質，使之滲透性大大降低，濾餅薄而韌，表面光滑；

● 降低界面張力，較低的使用濃度，較強的潤滑效果，且維護周期為普通潤滑劑的2

倍以上；

● 兼具良好的消泡效果，該添加劑配伍性好，可廣泛應用于各種水基鉆井液，推薦加量1.0~1.5%。

三、包裝、運輸及儲存

本產品包裝為塑料桶裝，每桶凈重50（±0.5%）kg，也可根據客戶要求確定包裝（特殊要求雙方議定）。

本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險品運輸管理。

產品在儲存過程中應注意防泄漏、防凍。有效期為兩年。

      本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

Packaging, Transportation and Storage

The product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 50 (± 0.5%) kg per barrel. The packaging can also be determined according to the customer's requirements (special requirements are agreed by both parties).

This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.

In the process of storage, the product should pay attention to anti leakage and anti freezing. It is valid for two years.

Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
