該產(chǎn)品是磺甲基腐植酸通過縮合反應(yīng)及磺化劑磺化反應(yīng)等一系列特殊化學(xué)改性處理工藝，合成了兼具降粘，降濾失作用，能耐200－220℃高溫的新型廉價、鉆井液處理劑。硅氟基團(tuán)的引入增強了該產(chǎn)品的抗溫性和吸附穩(wěn)定性，使產(chǎn)品表現(xiàn)出較好的耐溫能力。
一、產(chǎn)品特性
1、高溫穩(wěn)定性好，較高抗溫能力達(dá)到220℃，尤其適用于深井、超深井及異常高溫井。
2、在高溫條件下的降粘、降濾失效果明顯。它能有效地抑制粘土在高溫下的分散，改善泥漿的高溫穩(wěn)定性 ，降低泥漿的HTHP濾失，使泥漿在高溫下仍具有良好的流變性。
3、與其它處理劑配伍性良好，使用范圍廣泛。適用于各種淡水鉆井液體系。亦可與其它抗鹽處理劑復(fù)配使用于飽和鹽水鉆井液體系。

三、包裝、運輸及儲存
包裝袋為紙塑三合一袋，內(nèi)襯聚乙烯薄膜袋，頂口縫合后用膠帶粘接，每袋凈重25(＋0.5)kg。
本品不燃、不爆、沒毒、無害，按非危險品運輸管理。
產(chǎn)品在儲存過程中應(yīng)注意防潮、防曬、防漏。有效期為二年。
本品避免與眼睛接觸，否則用大量清水清洗。

Product Details
The product is a new cheap and efficient drilling fluid treatment agent, which has the functions of viscosity reduction and fluid loss reduction, and can withstand high temperature of 200-220 ℃ through a series of special chemical modification processes such as condensation reaction and sulfonation reaction of sulfonated methyl humic acid. The introduction of silicon fluorine group enhanced the temperature resistance and adsorption stability of the product, which made the product show better temperature resistance.

3. It has good compatibility with other treatment agents and is widely used. It is suitable for all kinds of fresh water drilling fluid systems. It can also be used in saturated brine drilling fluid system with other salt resistant additives.

Packaging, Transportation and Storage
The packaging bag is a paper plastic three in one bag, lined with polyethylene film bag. The top opening is sewn and then bonded with adhesive tape. The net weight of each bag is 25 (+ 0.5) kg.
This product is non combustible, non explosive, non-toxic and harmless, and is managed as non dangerous goods transportation.
The products should be protected from moisture, sun and leakage during storage. It is valid for two years.
Avoid contact with eyes, or wash with plenty of water.
